2. Transfer of personal information overseas
The AI chatbot service on this website uses an external AI service to improve the quality of consultations.

If you request a consultation, the visitor identifier above is recorded with your request. This is to understand which routes lead visitors to request a consultation, and it is used only for statistics; there is no screen for viewing it for individuals. If you do not request a consultation, your visit records are not linked to your name or contact details. Once recorded with a request, this value is kept not for the period in the table above ( 6 months) but for the same period as consultation records (3 years) .
You can refuse the above collection by blocking or deleting storage and cookies in your browser settings, and refusing does not limit your use of the website.
4. Retention and use period of personal information
- Consultation records: 3 years (Enforcement Rule of the Medical Service Act)
- Before-and-after photo consent: until consent is withdrawn or it expires
- Chatbot conversation records: 90 days
- Website visit records: 6 months (180 days)
5. Outsourcing of personal information processing
The Clinic outsources the processing of personal information as follows to provide smooth services.
6. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information.
